Job Description


Scope-

To contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of a business strategy that maximises the retail net profit by driving sales and controlling costs at zone level; through high performance team and ensure the opening of new stores on time as per business plan.

Responsibilities-

Manage and direct retail department operations on the basis of profit and ROI.
Manage other key operations like Merchandising and Retail operations for the stores.
Maximized retail profitability by providing leadership and strategies.
Efficient and effective management of planned revenues, costs, ROI.
Ensure timely opening of stores as per business plan.
Effectively recruit, induct, manage, develop and drive high performance team.
Responsible for YOY sales growth.
Ensure 100 % compliances to Audit parameters.
Control attrition at the zone.
