Roles and responsibilities 

1-Primary job responsibilities of an area sales manager would include: Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth.
2- Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales. Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to GM-MPD.
3-Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
4-Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
5-Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement
6-Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
7-Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
8-Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
9-Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.

Required Candidate profile

Candidate should have good experience in Sales profile
Candidate will be covering rural areas

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 PA.
