JOB PURPOSE: Responsible to lead the category (multiple brands), design brands strategies to support the company's overall strategies and objective.
1)Strategy & Planning
*Define category marketing strategies to support the overall strategies and objective
*Develop a feasible marketing plan and oversee its day to day implementation.
*Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (new product development, branding, communications etc.)
*Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
*Manage Brand wise ROMI and perform periodic evaluation with respect to annual business plan.
*Revamp/Launch new products to meet market specific requirement
*Lead to direct marketing planning & Implementation
*Brand development activities (design & implementation).
3)Team Management & Coaching.
4)Monthly market feedback meeting with National Sales Head regarding challenges and opportunities.
5)Research industry reports, market trends, competition on an ongoing basis and provide monthly updates to Marketing Head.
6)Finalization of creative brief, work with creative agencies to develop TV, Print, Digital and point of sales creative.
* Preferred from Tier I colleges & from top FMCG Companies only.
* This position will directly report to Marketing Head.
* Candidate will be responsible to cater multiple categories at a time.
