- Office supplies Handle requests from employees, coordinate with vendor to purchase and maintain stocks (supplies for stationaries, pantry, Housekeeping, electrical, First Aid kit etc.)
- Office maintenance Conduct daily check-up of building, keep office assets in good condition, Arrange for periodic maintenance services and troubleshoot (washroom, warehouse area, electricity, water, plumbing, cleanliness of the office etc.)
- Vendor management Maintain relationships with vendors, keep a track of price data & comparison sheet of multiple vendors to get best pricing services. Record keeping of vendors list.
- Pest control management
- Travel arrangements Arrange hotel, car, access card for employees/guests/clients as necessary
- Meeting arrangements Arrange room booking, food order etc.
- Management of company assets List up & record keeping of fixed assets, adding and tagging, timely editing & updating.
Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.
