Job Description

  1. Statutory compliances which includes PF, ESI and required returns on monthly, quarterly, half yearly.
  2. Responsible for renewal, amendment registration/license of factory ,shops and establishment and contract labour act.
  3. Responsible for Prepare all registers regarding all labour laws such as accident register, deduction register damage register, Advance register, fine register etc.
  4. Responsible for Generate Monthly Salary for the Employees - Maintenance Attendance, Leave Entries, over time Entries, Advance Entries and Daily Muster Roll and Monthly Muster Roll, Opening of bank A/C of all the workers and take out their reports at every month end.
  5. Daily attendance of employees, leave, O.T., c-off and gate pass posting in manual register as well as computer entry.

Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.
