- Statutory compliances which includes PF, ESI and required returns on monthly, quarterly, half yearly.
- Responsible for renewal, amendment registration/license of factory ,shops and establishment and contract labour act.
- Responsible for Prepare all registers regarding all labour laws such as accident register, deduction register damage register, Advance register, fine register etc.
- Responsible for Generate Monthly Salary for the Employees - Maintenance Attendance, Leave Entries, over time Entries, Advance Entries and Daily Muster Roll and Monthly Muster Roll, Opening of bank A/C of all the workers and take out their reports at every month end.
- Daily attendance of employees, leave, O.T., c-off and gate pass posting in manual register as well as computer entry.
Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.
