Job Description

Drives Retail Sales and Business Operation strategic planning
Responsible for retail sales budgeting and forecasting in alignment with Business Head
Collaborate with other functional departments to implement sales, merchandising, marketing and people development strategies in relation to retail sales operations
Takes decisions on matters relating to the day to day retail operation within their defined work area including the strategic planning of resources
Ensures all new shop proposals meet the required return on sales prior to submitting any recommendations to the Business Head; all new shop locations must be visited to ensure they will trade effectively and meet the proposed budgets
