Role & Responsibilities:
Lead all in house research activities for existing and new products from their inception to execution.
Manage both qualitative and quantitative research projects by collaborating with external research agencies from briefing to report presentation stage.
Act as an efficient and effective link between external stakeholders (Consumer) and internal stakeholders (R & D , Marketing).
Provide strategic consumer insights to help senior management make informed decisions and build strategies for business development.
To develop a high performance consumer research team
Required Candidate profileExcellent in analytics
Proficient in English and Hindi Languages.
Proficient in handling the team.
Job location: Sector 44 Gurgaon
2nd & 4th Saturdays are fixed off
Office timings: 10:00AM to 06:30PM.
