- Excellent knowledge in Recruiting using portals, reference, cold call, head hunt.
- Plan and implement effective recruiting strategy.
- Identify and the best mix of resources to source suitable talent
- Design Assessment Process for different roles.
- Track Employee Exit & Attrition. .
- Build networks and talent pool for future hiring.
- Manage the team for timely delivery of the assignments.
- Establish and Maintain relations with Campuses.
Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A.
