  1. Plan & execute TA Strategy. 
  2. Strong negotiation, problem solving, and team playing skills.
  3. Should have passion towards recruitment.
  4. Engaged in Full Cycle Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, interviewing, screening, formatting and closing position.
  5. Excellent knowledge in Recruiting using portals, reference, cold call, head hunt.
  6. Plan and implement effective recruiting strategy.
  7. Identify and the best mix of resources to source suitable talent
  8. Design Assessment Process for different roles. 
  9. Track Employee Exit & Attrition. . 
  10. Build networks and talent pool for future hiring. 
  11. Manage the team for timely delivery of the assignments. 
  12. Establish and Maintain relations with Campuses. 

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A.
