Develop & implement a training calendar based on a robust training need analysis
Manage all training and development initiatives at the plant including classroom training, on the job training and external trainings.
Evaluate trainer effectiveness and ensure effective implementation of all programs as per the finalized scheduled / training calendar.
Conduct behavioural trainings for employees, as per training calendar; Identify new programs and prepare training content in consultation with the various HODs.
Provide timely support to all departments with regard to training and development activities at the Plant.
Ensure adherence to the department budget with respect to training and development related activities.
