We have an urgent requirement for the position of Regional  Sales Manager at RSPL LTD
Post- Regional  Sales Manager
Experience- 10-15 years
Location- Delhi
Experience-
Must have exposure of Delhi NCR Market (Candidate can be of UP or Bihar origin or from any part of India however must have spent/worked minimum 3-4 years in Delhi NCR as ASM or equivalent position.

KRAs-
*Designing Regional Strategy for Growth/Launch and Business Development (Targeting & Segmentation).
*Implement and Monitor Marketing Strategy.
* Sales Planning and Forecasting (Ensuring ROI in all activities)
* Regular Feedback Superior and Subordinate; Create Bonding and develop healthy work environment
* Periodic performance evaluation of team and sharing data to Senior Management (Sales) and HR for PMS.

CTC- 8.0 lpa to 14.lpa
