Roles and responsibilities 

1- Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales.
2-Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
3-Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
4-Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
5-Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
6-Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
7-Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.
8-Provide timely feedback to Area Sales Manager regarding their sales performance.

Required Candidate profile

Candidate should have experience in sales profile covering rural areas

Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 2,50,000 PA.
