*Developing research methodology for research plan.
*Liaisoning with external agencies during execution of research.
*Leading team of CIE for execution
*Administer external agencies requirement
*To get information on industry reports, market trends, competition on an ongoing basis & provide monthly update to Lead.
*Interaction with consumers/ non-consumers of own & competitors brand
*Conduct in-house market research as well as in association with external research firms.
*Specifying market requirements for current /future products
*Coordinate for samples and lab results with production and R&D team to ensure on time performance.
*Support Brand Managers for product promotion events (if required)
*Handling CRM team for consumer related queries.
