1. Distributor relationship:
-Payment on timely basis
-Suggest improvement in Distributor Infrastructure, process & distribution
-Feedback from distributors
-Distributor ROI Management
-Define coverage
-Resolve the issues related to claims of distributors
2.Team Management & Performance:
-TSO performance Management
-Set improvement parameters
3. Planning and forecast:
-Set the Sales target for each TSO
-Assess market dynamics in new territories
-Develop SKU wise 3 months rolling sales forecast for the territory
4.Primary and secondary Sales Management:
-Primary sales with help of TSO
-Ensure bills cut in secondary sales
