- We are seeking a creative leader to set brand standards, define a brand voice, and take the lead on bringing the brand to life through every facet of the customer journey and our internal employee experience.
- Liaise with external agencies for brand strategy, content generation and market research.
- Work with creative, digital, media and activation agencies to encapsulate sales insights into.
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
- Prepare annual marketing plans for projects in sync with the marketing head and in line.
- Work on strategic tie-ups across digital, tech, design and media to create business / PR.

- Establish creative standards for product launches, brand books, and tone of voice guides.
- Understand brand trends through the filter of our customer.
- Good in Planning and Resourcing Experience of brand development, positioning, brand architecture management.
- Shoes or Lifestyle Industry experience of minimum 4 years is required.
- Should have Leadership Quality. MBA with 5 to 8 years experience in Branding/Marketing and ATL activities.
- Excellent English. Goal Setter & Achiever. Excellent Communication & Presentation skills Experience working with large organizations brand strategy.
Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 11,00,000 PA.
