Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing and coordinating HR Operation related activities like Offer, Joining and on-boarding, Employee, Exit, FNF, Payroll, Documentation, background verification.
  • Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Communicating via Phone and mails for all HR Operation related quarries.
  • Has to co-ordinate all HR Operation related Issues with Employees and Managers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Good verbal & email communication skills.
  • Any PG/Diploma/Degree in HR Preferred Experience:.
  • Knowledge of complete HR Operations / Processes - On-boarding to Exit.

Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 2,75,000 PA.
