1)Provide human resource generalist services, including compliance with regulatory agencies
2)Provide direction to employees in the resolution of problems, related to benefits, company policies, etc.
3)Source, screen and recommend candidates for employment and conduct new employee orientation.
4)Develop, write, and update Facilitate internal/external Health and Wellness activities
5)Create facilitate communication and employee involvement initiative.
6)Administer local salary performance review procedure, and employment related policies and procedures.
7)Responsible for HRIS administration and maintenance
Perform other related duties as assigned.
8)Support the administration of Worker's Compensation and coordination of workplace safety programs
9)Conduct training sessions related to Ethics, benefits, safety, or others as required
10)Plan and participate in Division Talent Management and Succession Review
11)must have knowledge of Factory law, labour law, PF, ESIC, Licensing and other matters related to smooth Factory operation.
Manufacturing experience is a must
